Westfield Energy Resources LLC, is a Texas corporation and a key partner to our operations. Primarily involved in oilfield materials procurement, supply chain management and consultancy, Westfield was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in Houston, TX, USA. In 2007, Westfield was appointed by Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPNU) as an Accredited Buying House (ABH). As a buying house, Westfield provides supply chain services and consultancy to numerous MPNU vendors in Nigeria, many of whom do not have access to the oilfield equipment manufacturers/suppliers around the world.

Located in Houston Texas, Westfield has active accounts and represents several manufacturers of oilfield equipment.


CRESTWATER OFFSHORE & MARINE SERVICES LIMITED.

Crestwater Offshore & Marine Services Limited was incorporated to provide specialized offshore marine and support vessels services to the Oil & Gas industry in West African. Type of marine equipment include Tugs boats, Lift Boats, Work Barges, Supply Boats, Accommodation Barges, Anchor Handling Tug & Supply Vessels.

The company has capability for installation, maintenance and repairs of fixed offshore structures like platforms, Decommissioning and removal of offshore production facilities.

Other areas of expertise include:

- Marketing of these facilities for relocation
- Professional Staff of Registered Professional Engineers
- Analysis and design modification for a new location
- Reconditioning and fabrication modifications for a new location
- Transportation from the fabrication yard to new domestic / international location
- Negotiate and implement installation with local in country content


WESTFIELD SUBSEA LIMITED.

Westfield Subsea Limited headquartered in Lagos Nigeria was incorporated to provide in country capability for supply, installation, maintenance and repair of Umbilicals and subsea pipelines- Flexible Pipes & Steel Catenary Risers (SCR).

Other areas of services will include ROV Services, underwater repairs, etc.


OCEAN CREST WESTFIELD LIMITED

This company is a joint venture between OCEAN CREST (USA) Inc and Westfield Energy Resources Limited. Incorporated in 2007, OCW has a Materials Outline Agreement (MOA) with ExxonMobil subsidiary- Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPNU) covering the supply of spares for the YOHO FPSO offshore West Africa. Materials under this agreement are sourced from varied manufacturers located in Japan, Singapore, USA and Europe.

The YOHO FPSO, a US$1.2 billion project, with estimated recoverable resources of 0.4 billion barrels of oil, will develop discoveries in the Yoho and Awawa reservoirs in shallow water depths of 200-300 feet. By utilizing a temporary Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel as an Early Production System (EPS), first oil from Yoho came onstream almost two years ahead of full-field start-up. Production through the FPSO is expected to add over 90,000 barrels of oil a day.
